Try it at the keyboard

  1. Remember that every F in the score is played as F♯ because of the G major key signature.
  2. Notice how bars 9–12 repeat bars 1–4, while bars 13–16 alter the ending to resolve home to G!
  3. Check the rhythm in bars 8 and 16: a dotted minim holds for all three beats.
